We use the world's most cutting-edge technological infrastructure for the development and management of Israel's national payment card system. As new payment and finance technologies emerge, we expand the services and products we offer for all payment service providers in Israel. Our diverse infrastructural solutions are based on advanced solutions and enable smart management of monetary transactions that meet the needs of the developing market and of business owners in Israel. Core services

Switching system

The national switching system for payment cards enables communication between issuers and acquirers within the payment ecosystem, making it possible to collect credit card transactions from terminals used by businesses, approve transactions, and provide an interface between payment card issuers and acquirers.

ASHRAIT

We develop and distribute the ASHRAIT software, designed to perform credit card transactions at business sites and provide additional features and services as well.

ATM

Our switching system connects ATM networks with card issuers to enable approval for cash withdrawals and provide customer information, regardless of the bank in which the customer has an account or the owner of the ATM.

Meeting the highest standards for information security

SHVA is certified by COMSEC v 4.0 and complies with payment card industry data security standard v4.0 (PCI:DSS) as a Level 1 Service Provider.

CEO

Always be on your way to something new

Years of experience in technology and advanced payment solutions. Previous CEO of Cibus of the global Sodexo Group, and former VP Sales of the German technology enterprise Software AG in Israel. He has also held senior positions at Nipendo and served as CEO and the marketing and sales director at Bezeq Zahav. BA in physics, Tel Aviv University.

Ofer Eden, CPA

CFO

Oh, the things you can find if you don’t stay behind!

Experienced accountant and finance manager. His previous roles included CFO at the Ilex Group and CFO at Assuta Medical Centers. Has a BA in accounting and economics + accounting, and an MBA (specializing in financing and accounting), both from Tel Aviv University. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the Israel CPA Council.

Guy Ram

VP Technologies and Innovation

If you can dream it, you can do it

Specializes in information systems and digital technologies. Previous roles include Deputy CIO and head of digital and data applications at Maccabi Healthcare Services and other management positions in the field of IT, including managing the development of core and data applications at CAL, and consultation positions for various companies and organizations in the data and IT sector. BSc in Computer Science from Haifa University, and MBA from the Technion.

Michal Goldenberg

Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

It always seems impossible until it’s done

Experience with compliance, auditing, and risk management. Previous roles include head of the risk management division at CAL, and various managerial roles at the Delloite accounting firm, specializing in risk management and auditing. BA in economics and business administration and MBA (finance) from Bar Ilan University.

Eli Hillel, CPA

Chief Audit Executive, CFO

Believe you can and you’re halfway there

Vast experience in the world of auditing and accounting. Previous roles include Chief Audit Executive at Menora Mivtachim Pension and Provident Fund Ltd. and internal auditor at Menora Mivtachin and Association of Engineers Provident Fund Management Ltd. Holds CPA certification, BA in business administration from the College of Management, C.I.A certification, and C.I.S.A. certification.

Odelia Green Katz

Human Resource Manager

True courage cannot be found in great, one-time deeds, but rather in our routine choices and actions.

Years of experience in HR, recruiting, and employee benefits. Previously served as HRBP and a manager in the transformation project department at the Israel Electric Corporation. BA in Law and MA in Labor Studies, Tel Aviv University.

Many years of experience in the development of critical systems and finance systems. Currently serves as VP Technology Development, and beforehand, as CEO and CTO at BlueSea Software. BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, Ben Gurion University.

Maxim Naigovzin

VP R&D Front End Systems

If it isn’t tested, it won’t work

Vast experience in system development for payment service providers. Serves as VP R&D Front End Systems. His previous position at SHVA was Director of Software Engineering. BSc and MSc in Mathematics from Baku University in the Former Soviet Union.

Tali Hollenberg

VP Business Development, Marketing, and Sales

Always do good and good will come back to you

Extensive experience in marketing and business development, especially in the finance sector. Her previous role was processing director at Max It Finance Ltd. Has served in diverse management positions in finance companies, specializing in commercial sales. Has a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Philosophy from Bar Ilan University, and completed her MBA on the Dean’s List at Ben Gurion University, specializing in marketing. Hold a certificate in HR management from Open University.

Ronit Tischler Pity

VP Operations and Customer Relations

In a world full of horses, be a unicorn

Vast experience in the world of payment, and particularly in project and IT management. Her previous roles included director of the project department at SHVA and various positions in MAX credit card company , including project management, system analysis, and service and project management jobs. BA in Social Science and Management from Open University, and graduate of an IT analyst course at the Technion.

Rin Krichel Metsuyanim, Adv.

VP Legal Counsel & Regulation

Don’t wish for it. Work for it.

The legal counsel for SHVA, with years of experience and vast knowledge of commercial and civil law and finance regulation. Previous roles included Chief Compliance Officer at Psagot Provident Funds and Pensions Ltd., and legal advisor and director of the litigation department at Menora Mivtachim Pension Ltd. LLB in law from the College of Management, Rishon Letzion.
